Sept 26, 2009 - So, i'm not the best person to keep updating websites apparently but, i've updated a few things! first check out the tour dates for the barlow's fall tour with Superchick! Also they just realeased thier 4th album (5th studio recording album) called Love&War, go check it out its awesome! Also barlowgirl.com has been revamped and is all new and all exciting! Sept 23, 2008 - Haven't updated a lot, sorry about that guys! The girls have been making tons of podcasts and posting them up on youtube! Sorry for not updating a ton! There is a LOT of BarlowGirl news!!! First of all, i'm making a new page link that is just specifically for Tour Dates!!! You can go to it by clicking here or by clicking the page link at the top. BG is currently on the "Portable Sounds Tour" with Toby Mac and Thousand Foot Krutch!! and....HOW CAN WE BE SILENT IS OUT!! it's been out haha, i'm very late on updating!! But please go buy it if you havnt already, it's very amazing! On BarlowGirl's official website they have been doing a lot of different activites including "Speak Out!" April 13 - So, BarlowGirl has ended thier big tour with Rebecca st. James and right now I think they are just resting, they were at the GMA awards on April 5th and had 5 nominations!!! Didn't win any though, but hey it's an honor to get nominated 
They did perform the song "forgive me" with Rebecca st. James at the GMA's though.

Our Vision
Barlowgirl has a passion to write songs about the journey that God has taken them on in their lives. Our main topics include trusting God, purity, and our stand on not dating.
Trust- "We believe that God is calling everyone to live a life that is fully surrendered to Him so that He can do His work in us and begin to show us His true purpose for our lives. We're definitely not saying 'we've mastered this concept and now it's your turn', but instead that this is a daily process and a journey that all of us will be on forever."
Purity- "In a world that constantly bombards us with impurity and immodesty, we feel called to take a stand against what the world is telling us is acceptable. Especially in the area of clothing and modesty."
Not dating- "We believe that God has one perfect man already chosen for us; therefore we have no need to worry ourselves in searching for him. When the time is right we know God will bring us together. In the meantime we are not hiding in a closet avoiding all males We are still living our lives, just without the pressure of having to have a boyfriend."
Alyssa: We want to encourage girls out there that there is a lot that the world tells us to act and look like. Our encouragement is that you don't need to be flaunting everything to get attention. You don't have to be 90 pounds with all your skin showing to get love. It's not the love you want or deserve. There is a way to be loved and it is God that demonstrates what true love is. The path to looking the part doesn't get you there. A life lived for God is more fulfilling than a cute outfit and a turned head; God has a better way for you.
